These terms govern your use of WaqarWeb (waqarweb.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use WaqarWeb.

What WaqarWeb provides

WaqarWeb provides free web tools — such as an SEO checker, meta tag generator, and robots.txt generator — to help website owners, freelancers and small businesses build and improve their websites. Some tools may be offered under paid plans (WaqarWeb Pro / Business) in future, with additional features or limits.

Free tools, "as is"

Free tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep results accurate and the service running reliably, but we can't guarantee:

• That results (such as SEO scores or diagnostic checks) are complete, error-free, or a guarantee of search engine ranking
• Uninterrupted or fault-free availability of the site or tools
• That any tool will remain free or unchanged forever — we may modify, limit, or discontinue tools, with reasonable notice where practical

WaqarWeb's diagnostic scores (such as an overall website health score) are our own assessment based on the checks we run. They are not, and should not be treated as, an official Google ranking score or a guarantee of search performance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use WaqarWeb to:

• Scan, probe, or submit URLs for websites you don't own or have permission to test, in a way intended to cause harm
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to WaqarWeb's systems
• Use automated tools to abuse rate limits or extract data at scale without permission
• Use the service for anything unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others

We may suspend or restrict access for accounts or use that violates these terms.

Accounts

If WaqarWeb offers account registration, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Paid plans

Where WaqarWeb offers paid subscriptions (WaqarWeb Pro or Business), specific pricing, billing terms, and cancellation details will be shown at the point of purchase and on our Pricing page. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per our refund policy.

Intellectual property

The WaqarWeb name, branding, and the tools themselves are owned by WaqarWeb. Content you generate using our tools (such as a robots.txt file or meta tags you create) is yours to use freely on your own website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaqarWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on results from its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as WaqarWeb develops. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do, and significant changes will be noted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
